If you missed the ‘Gamification & User Engagement’ workshop during the Game Scope Festival 2017, you still have a chance to pick up on the main points and learn strategies you can put to good use in your own company. 

At the workshop, Johanna Wurm – graphic designer at the advertising agency Minuskel – spoke about how businesses can activate their users across different platforms by working with gamification. During the two hour session, Johanna highlighted research about the effects of gamification, presented strategies to get the ball rolling and finally proposed specific tactics.
